MAPMS Operating Manual

Preface 

This manual is meant to serve as a guide for officers, board members, committee chairpersons, special committees, and representatives of the Midwest Aquatic Plant Management Society, Inc. in the discharge of their duties of office.  These guidelines are intended to be flexible enough to meet administrative and functional needs of this Society, but should not in any way stifle, but help to enhance the creativity of officers or committee chairpersons in pursuing the goals and purpose of the Midwest Aquatic Plant Management Society, Inc.
