MAPMS publishes The Northern Lakes Manager, a periodic newsletter.  This is the only publication that focuses on aquatic vegetation management issues and technologies for northern temperate lakes.  A broad range of relevant newsworthy items and technology updates make this an important resource for industry, researchers, regulators and aquatic vegetation management practitioners.

MAPMS also offers publications dedicated to specific topics as part of its Issues in Aquatic Vegetation Management series.  These publications are of exceptionally high quality and are offered at reasonable prices.  The MAPMS Aquatic Vegetation Guidance Manual (currently out of print) has become a standard resource for aquatic management specialists and lake association leaders.
